On Sunday, April 13, former Hardin County High School standout Ben Vaughn’s current college team, the McKendree Bearcats, lost 19-11 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.

The game took place at Hypes Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 12 p.m. at Hypes Field against William Jewell Cardinals.
