“We are receiving reports of SCAM calls for Adamsville Utilities as well. The City of Adamsville sends out automated calls if you are deliquient on your account. No payment information is asked for during these calls. You have to contact us to pay your bill. If you receive a call asking for immediate payment it is not the City of Adamsville! Please call City Hall if you have any questions. We will be happy to help! 731-632-1401 option 3.”
If someone contacts you and asks you to pay for your utilities bill over the phone without contacting the Adamsville City Hall, it is a SCAM. Please reach out to the Adamsville City Hall if you need assistance or have any questions about your bill.
