The 2023 Mid-South Conference Women's Basketball Champions of Character Team has been released, conference officials announced on Wednesday.

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.

Bethel's (Tenn.) Kalynn Howard, Campbellsville's (Ky.) Bailey Pedigo, Cumberland's (Tenn.) Lucy Chilcutt, Cumberlands' (Ky.) Casey Coleman, Freed-Hardeman's (Tenn.) KJ White, Georgetown's (Ky.) Sophie Smith, Lindsey Wilson's (Ky.) Jordyn Stephens, Pikeville's (Ky.) Bailey Birchfield, Shawnee State's (Ohio) Kambryia Elzy, Tennessee Southern's Aaryn Lester, Thomas More's (Ky.)
