It’s HOT out there, guys! Chief Reagan and Officer Deloit with the Adamsville Police Department were able to swing by AHS today and pass out cold popsicles to the AHS and MCHS football athletes at the conclusion of their 7-on-7 scrimmage today, as well as pass out popsicles to the young ladies participating in the AHS Softball Camp today. It was exciting to see all of these young athletes working hard in the heat today to get better! If you can, get out there and show some support for the young men of both AHS and MCHS football programs as they gear up for football season. They deserve it.
Also, we here at APD urge you in the coming weeks to keep checking up often on your friends and family, especially the elderly and those who live alone, as the temperatures continue to rise this summer! If you know of anyone that needs immediate help, please contact us and let us know!
