Last week, Director of Veteran Resources, Tim Roberts teamed up with Mrs. Nadine McNeal's social work students to celebrate Purple Up! for Military Kids. On Purple Up! day, students of military families placed purple ribbons on a world map in the places where their families had lived and served, and they were treated to purple desserts by Lion's Pride Dining. Community partners Besso's and Henderson Nutrition also provided gift cards for participating students. Thank you to military kids everywhere!
