Census Bureau: More women than men in Adamsville in 2019

Of the 2,307 people living in Adamsville in 2019, 52.4 percent (1,210) were women and 47.6 percent (1,097) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Tennessee News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 604-to-557. In the 65 and over age range, there were 299 females and 221 males.
