On July 15, Hagerty posted about ongoing activity in the House of Representatives, stating, “It’s #CryptoWeek in the House. With votes on the GENIUS Act, CLARITY Act, and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act, we have a historic opportunity to cement America’s leadership in digital assets. All 3 bills protect our freedoms, provide regulatory clarity, and promote”.
The following day, he referenced Tennessee’s historical significance and current ambitions: “The Atomic Age was born on the banks of the Clinch River. Today, Tennessee is once again pioneering a new nuclear renaissance and pursuing AI dominance. Later that same day, Hagerty reiterated his support for digital asset legislation: “It’s Crypto Week in Congress.
