Senator Bill Hagerty, representing Tennessee in the U.S. Senate, has recently posted a series of statements on social media addressing crime prevention efforts in Memphis, immigration policy, and banking legislation.

On March 24, 2026, Hagerty referenced federal and local collaboration to address crime in Memphis: “Yesterday, @POTUS highlighted the incredible work the Memphis SAFE Task Force has done to combat crime in Memphis. It is an honor to work with the Trump administration and state and local leaders to continue to make Memphis the safest city in America.”

Hagerty was elected as U.S. Senator from Tennessee and maintains offices across both Washington D.C. and several locations within his home state (official website).
