Park Rest ranked 3rd largest nursing home in Hardin County for Q1 2026

Park Rest Hardin County Health Center ranked third in size among nursing homes in Hardin County during the first quarter of 2026, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reported.

The facility was equipped with 62 available beds, which was seven fewer than the Hardin County average for the quarter. On average, it served 35 residents throughout the period.

Park Rest Hardin County Health Center received a perfect rating of 5 out of 5 from CMS—higher than Tennessee’s average rating of 3 for nursing homes.

Savannah Nursing and Rehabilitation led as the largest Hardin County nursing home in the quarter, offering 120 beds. Hardin County NH held the second-largest capacity at 73 beds.

No fines or penalties were reported for Park Rest Hardin County Health Center during the first quarter of 2026.

“Living a long life is something that many of us want and could get,” said Jesse Slome, executive director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance, an educational organization. “But when we live a long life, the chances of us needing long-term care increase exponentially. But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
