Sharnecce Currie-Jelks, who starred at South Side High School, helped lead the Murray State Racers to a 78-76 victory over the UIC Flames on Thursday, March 5.
The 6-foot-2 junior forward produced 11 points, 10 rebounds and three assists in 31 minutes on the court.
Currie-Jelks and Murray State are set to face the Valparaiso Beacons away on Saturday, March 7 at 1 p.m.
