On January 12, 2026, Hagerty commended federal leadership for disaster recovery efforts in Tennessee. He stated, “I applaud @POTUS and @KristiNoem’s leadership in ensuring that Tennesseans have the federal resources they need to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene and previous storms. I appreciate them working with me to announce the release and approval of $9 million”.
